Custom branded merchandise by Hewitt and Co

Merchandise

We treat your name as an investment.

Not a giveaway.

Where your name shows up.

Merchandise is too often treated as a cheap giveaway, instantly diminishing the value of the name printed on it. Our approach takes the time to understand exactly where and how these products need to show up, ensuring quality and longevity.

We source and design products built to function and last, handling all manufacturing logistics from the first sample to the final shipment, working directly with suppliers.

You do not need a finished idea to reach out. We work with you to explore the options, sourcing and best fit for your brand.

How it works

From first sample to final shipment.

We stay with the detail the whole way through.

01

Connect

Tell us what you need it for. A stall, a sale day, your whole team. A rough brief is enough.

02

Source & sample

We explore product options, materials and finishes, and source samples that fit your brand and budget.

03

Produce & deliver

We manage manufacturing with suppliers directly, through factory checks and final shipment, so it lands ready to use.

A note on timing

Plan for the date that matters.

Timeframes vary from product to product. Allow a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks for most products from approved design and payment through to delivery. Headwear usually needs 8 to 10 weeks.

Once production starts we share factory images for a quality check before bulk is finished and shipped. If you have a sale day or event, tell us early so we can work backwards with you.

You do not need a finished idea.

Send through what you are thinking. We will explore options, sourcing and the best fit for your brand.

02 · Strategy & identity

Finding the rhythm.

For businesses starting out, or too close to see clearly.

We work through how the business is showing up. What people pick up in those first moments. Where internal and external perception line up, and where they do not.

After the session, you receive a clear review of what was uncovered and where the opportunities sit.

FAQ

Questions we hear most.

No. It is equally useful when a business has grown past its original identity, or when the team is too close to see the gaps.
The session is diagnostic and directional. Brand design, campaigns or merchandise can follow once priorities are clear.
Send an enquiry with a short note on where the business sits today. We will confirm fit, timing and investment.

If the picture feels murky, start with clarity.
