We’re Hewitt&Co. Not any one person. A collective of creators and makers, working across a few postcodes as one studio.
We were built in regional Queensland. That shapes how we show up, not who we work with. Our portfolio reaches nationally and globally, from kitchen tables and sale rings through to national boardrooms.
Around us is a wider circle of photographers, printers, manufacturers, producers, writers, industry specialists and collaborators. Some have been beside us for years. Others join a project because what they know is exactly what that piece needs. The right people at the table will always matter more than doing every part ourselves.

Caitlyn Hewitt
Founder & Director
Caitlyn’s identity was forged beyond the farm gate through fifteen years of trial by fire. From small-town retail to the founding of Hewitt&Co, she learned that business is not about collecting connections, but about the community you build and how you show up for it.
Fluent in the shorthand of the regions, Caitlyn has a natural instinct for what is not being said. Her edge lies in her ability to read the people, the place, and the pressure of a project and move with them. She is drawn to the conversations others hesitate to lead, often serving as the person in the room voicing the reality to ensure the work stays true to the standard it represents.

Annie
Creative Merchandise Lead
Our colour enthusiast. Interior design background. Sharp eye for detail, and usually knows what will work before it’s fully on the page. She leads the creative side of merchandise.
Regan
Merchandise Coordinator & Design Lead
Works alongside Annie through design, sourcing, production and the moving pieces in between. A teaching background shows when things get busy. Calm head.
Kiah
Studio & Operations Manager
Looks after the work behind the work. Studio operations, systems and the quiet structure that keeps projects clear and communication steady.

One of the first people you’ll meet. She’ll connect you with the right person and keep the conversation moving.
